Build

Three ways to build today's session.

Let the AI read your recent workouts, aim at the muscles you care about today, or put every exercise in place yourself. All three end in a routine you can start right away.

Recommended for today

FitPlanner reviews your recent workout records and recommends today's intensity and exercises. Add a note like "less knee stress" and the plan follows it.

Aim at what matters

Select the body parts you want to train, choose an equipment set and total duration, and add stretching if you like. The routine is built around your picks.

From first set to last rep.

A plan only helps if it fits your space and stays out of your way mid-workout. FitPlanner handles the details so you can focus on the lift.

Step 01 · Equipment

Your gym, your rules.

Save equipment sets like "Home Gym" and choose one when you build a routine. Recommendations stick to what's in the set, so the plan never asks for gear you don't have.

Step 02 · Session

Log a set. Rest. Repeat.

Track reps, weight, time, or distance and complete each set with a tap. The rest timer runs between sets and the next exercise is already lined up.

Step 03 · Progress

Watch the work stack up.

Graphs of your recent workouts show how each set compares, and every finished session feeds the next AI recommendation.

Less guessing. More lifting. FitPlanner turns your history into a plan, so every session starts with a clear next step.
